Returns and Exchanges Policy

At Kidonu, your satisfaction is our top priority. Most orders are processed and shipped within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided to help you monitor your package.

If you receive a defective item, please refer to our limited product warranty for assistance.

General Rules for Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date listed on your receipt. Requests made after 30 days from the delivery date cannot be accommodated.

For returns or exchanges due to a change of mind, the following conditions apply:

• The item must be in its original, unused condition: unopened, undamaged, and unmarked.
• Items sold as part of a set or multi-pack must be returned in full.
• Products marked as non-returnable or non-exchangeable are not eligible.

For online purchases, Kidonu will cover the return shipping cost.

This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

All items must be returned to VOLANT LEGACY in their original condition. Items showing signs of wear, misuse, improper assembly, or missing parts may incur additional charges.

If the return or exchange is due to a product defect or quality issue, VOLANT LEGACY will cover return shipping and any applicable restocking fees. For returns or exchanges based on personal preference, customers will be responsible for return shipping costs.

VOLANT LEGACY reserves the right to evaluate the product’s condition and determine compliance with our return policy.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Please note:

• Requests that do not meet the policy criteria will not be approved. Unauthorized returns will not be refunded, and Kidonu is not responsible for lost goods.
• For approved returns or exchanges, VOLANT LEGACY will provide a prepaid return label. Follow the instructions carefully and ensure the item is returned in its original condition, including all packaging, manuals, accessories, and any complimentary items received.
• Once your return is received, you will be notified via email. After inspection, we will inform you of the approval or denial of your request. Approval decisions are at **VOLANT LEGACY’s discretion based on the item’s condition and adherence to our policy.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, it will be issued within 14 days and you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
